For facial treatments

Please be advised that all facial services are non-refundable. Once a facial appointment has been completed, no refunds will be granted, regardless of the client's satisfaction with the service provided. 

We strive to deliver high-quality facial treatments and ensure that our clients have a positive experience during their visit. If you have any concerns or feedback regarding your facial treatment, please do not hesitate to communicate with our staff so that we can address any issues promptly.

For skincare products:
We are pleased to offer a 2-day return policy on skincare products purchased from our spa. If you are not completely satisfied with your skincare product, you may return it within 3 days of purchase for a refund of 50% of the original purchase price.

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment to ensure that they receive the full duration of their treatment.
- If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, their appointment may need to be rescheduled to prevent inconvenience for other clients and maintain the efficiency of our schedule.

late arrivals 

-If you need to cancel or reschedule your facial appointment, we require at least  
48 hours' notice. This allows us the opportunity to fill your appointment slot with another client who may be on our waiting list.
-Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time may result losing their deposit. 
- A "no show" occurs when a client fails to show up for their scheduled facial appointment without any prior notice.
- Clients who do not show up for their appointment will lose their deposit and need to pay a $50 no show fee before booking another appointment.

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your facial appointment. However, to ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients and maintain the efficiency of our scheduling, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation and no show policy:

Rescheduling


- If you need to reschedule your facial appointment with less than 24 hours' notice due to an unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. If for any other reason you will lose your deposit. If rescheduling before 24 hours then your deposit will be transfered to next appointment
